Emille: the Journal of the Korean Electro-Acoustic Music Society (hereinafter Emille) abides by research ethics as follows.
The committee members respect the applicants, presenters, and authors as peer researchers and carry out every process in Emille. While performing that, the members consider all researches impartially, protect their autonomy and creativity, and stick to research quality and the rules. The committee should understand and assure copyright and its transfer thoroughly. The executives organize the juries according to referees’ familiarities to each research subject, and call a meeting for additional reviews in case. The board keeps all applicants’ personal information, deliberation results, and referee list in confidence. The editor in chief represents the committee and supports the overall implementation of Emille.
The referees take care of the articles in charge precisely and faithfully upon researcher’s conscience. They are present at the conference and examine closely on the qualities of the researches, but the decision cannot be affected by persons other than the appointed person. The reviewers make unbiased and disinterested statements with being respectful of all researches. The referees should notify and cooperate with the committee of any difficulty in their precise conclusions.
The authors perform their researches honestly and truthfully and write information correctly in their all documents. Two or more authors set the priority reflecting their contributions to the research. The corresponding authors communicate all processes of submission, revision, and publication with the committee and the other authors. The authors must notify the board any improper practices related to the article. The publication of an article may be cancelled regarding the following N.B.:
- Submission of false information.
- Rigging of the fact, or the omission of the truth in research.
- Overstatement or reduction of any part for personal gain.
- Plagiarism, or the use of others’ writing without reference.
- Duplicate publication, or the publication history not notified.
- The article translated into a different language, recompiled for a different kind of readers, or distinctly progressed in research is not applicable to a duplicate.

에밀레: 한국전자음악협회 학술지 (이하 에밀레)는 다음과 같이 연구 윤리를 준수합니다.
편집위원회의 임원은 지원자, 발표자, 저자를 연구 동료자로서 존중하며 에밀레 출간에 관한 모든 과정을 수행합니다. 사업을 수행함에 있어 모든 저자와 연구물을 편견없이 대하고 창조적인 연구 성과를 위하여 연구 사업의 자율성을 보장하며 오로지 연구의 질과 관련 규정에 근거하여야 합니다. 저작권의 양도에 대해 이해하고 저자의 권리가 침해되지 않도록 합니다. 심의위원의 선정은 대상 논문의 주제 친밀도를 우선으로 하고 추가 의견이 필요한 경우 회의 소집을 요청합니다. 지원자의 개인 정보와 심의 내용에 대해 비밀을 유지하며, 저자에게 심의 결과를 전달할 때 심의위원의 명단은 공개하지 않습니다. 편집장은 편집위원회의 대표로서 이와 같은 임원의 업무를 총괄하여 지원합니다.
심의위원으로 선정된 자는 연구자의 양심에 따라 심의 대상 논문을 명확하고 성실히 평가합니다. 학술대회에 출석하여 대상 논문의 가치를 면밀히 검토하되, 이에 대해 타인과 논의하거나 본 위원의 의견과 다른 내용을 심의에 반영하여서는 안됩니다. 심의 의견을 작성할 때에는 대상 저자와 논문을 차별없이 한 연구자와 연구물로 존중하고 지나친 표현은 자제하여 객관적인 관점으로 서술합니다. 정확한 심의가 어려운 경우 이에 대해 편집위원회에 고지하고 원할한 사업 일정 진행을 위하여 편집위원회와 협력하여 해결합니다.
저자는 연구의 모든 과정을 정직하고 진실하게 수행하고 논문을 포함하여 모든 제출 문서를 작성할 때 이에 대한 정보를 정확하게 기록합니다. 여러 저자의 공동 사업인 경우 저자의 순위는 해당 연구의 기여도를 우선하여 결정하고 참여하지 않은 자를 저자로 기재하지 않습니다. 교신 저자는 논문의 투고, 수정, 게재의 모든 과정에 대하여 에밀레와 관련 저자 간 긴밀하게 소통합니다. 저자는 논문과 관련한 부적절한 사항을 인지한 경우 편집위원회에 이에 대해 알려야 합니다. 다음과 같은 사항에 대하여 논문 게재가 취소될 수 있습니다.
- 허위 사실을 제출하는 것.
- 연구 과정이나 결과를 사실과 다르게 조작하거나 중요한 사실을 누락하는 것.
- 특정 집단의 이익을 위하여 과장 혹은 축소하여 진술하는 것.
- 표절, 혹은 출처를 정확히 밝히지 않은 타인의 글을 포함하는 것.
- 이중 게재, 혹은 동일 논문의 게재 사실을 고지하지 않는 것.
- 동일 논문의 번역본이나 다른 독자를 대상으로 한 편찬본, 뚜렷한 보완 및 연구 발전 내용을 추가한 논문은 이중 게재에 해당하지 않음.
